25lb Peach Challenge: Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The 25lb Peach Challenge (“Challenge”) is sponsored by Tree-Ripe Fruit Co. PO Box 13067, Milwaukee, WI 53213, “Sponsor.”
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older at the time of entry, excluding residents of Alaska, Arizona, Hawaii, and California (where we are unable to ship produce). Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Challenge Period
The Challenge begins June 15th, 2026 and ends August 2, 2026 at 11:59pm CT. Weekly entry periods run each week beginning the week of June 22, 2026. Entries must be received during a given weekly period to be eligible for that week’s prize.
4. How to Enter
You can enter in either of two ways. No purchase is necessary.
Social entry: Make a peach creation, then post a photo or video of it publicly on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube using #25lbPeachChallenge (tag @treeripefruit on Facebook and Instagram). Your account must be public so we can view the entry.
Free alternate entry (no purchase): Submit your photo or video through our online entry form at 25lb Peach Challenge Submission, including your name, email, and phone number. No purchase of any kind is required to enter this way.
Limit one entry per person per weekly period. Entries that are incomplete, late, or violate platform terms may be disqualified.
5. Winner Selection
Winners are chosen by Sponsor based on creativity, originality, and use of peaches. Decisions of the Sponsor are final.
6. Prizes
Weekly Peach Champion: a $50 Tree-Ripe gift card, awarded weekly throughout the Challenge. Approximate retail value (ARV): $50.
Grand Prize (1st Place): a Tree-Ripe goodie box including a 26-count box of peaches, a custom can cooler (insulated drink holder), a $50 gift card, a Tree-Ripe tote bag, and stickers. ARV: $133.
2nd & 3rd Place: a 13-count box of peaches, a Tree-Ripe tote bag, and stickers. ARV: $58 each.
Most Creative & Whole-Box Hero: a 13-count box of peaches, a Tree-Ripe tote bag, and stickers. ARV: $58 each.
All prizes are shipped within the United States. We cannot ship produce to Alaska, Arizona, Hawaii, or California, and cannot ship to PO Boxes; winners must provide a valid U.S. street address in an eligible state to receive a prize. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted except by Sponsor.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via DM or the email on the entry form, must respond within 7 days. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
8. Rights & Publicity
By entering, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display your submitted photo or video, your first name, and your social handle across Tree-Ripe’s marketing channels, without further notice or compensation. You confirm the content is your own and that anyone shown in it has consented.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Challenge if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond its control compromises it. By entering, you release Sponsor from any liability related to participation or prizes. The Challenge is governed by the laws of Wisconsin, and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
10. Privacy
Information collected is used only to administer the Challenge and notify winners, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
