Tree-Ripe does not include invoices or receipts in the box, and the sender’s name is not shown unless added as a note.

To avoid confusion, we recommend telling your recipient a gift is on the way.

Yes, you can!
During checkout, you can include a brief message in the Order Notes box.

We will place your message on the shipping label or include it inside the box whenever possible.

If you need to add a message after ordering, contact support before the box ships.

All receipts are sent by email to the purchaser only.
Nothing inside the box shows pricing.

After you place an order, you will receive:

• An order confirmation email

After the order ships, you will receive:

• A shipping confirmation email with tracking

Your recipient will not automatically receive tracking unless you forward the link.

If you want your recipient to get carrier updates, simply share the tracking number that was included in your tracking email.

Unfortunately, not at this time.
Each shipping address requires a separate order.

Fresh produce cannot be shipped to:
• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Arizona

California availability is limited depending on product and season.

Non-produce items (honey, nuts, jams, hot sauce, merch) can ship broadly without restrictions.

Delivery depends on:

• Harvest timing
• Our shipping schedule
• Carrier transit times

The date shown on the product page is the ship date, not the arrival date.
