Being subscribed to Tree-Ripe marketing email updates does not automatically create a website account.

Accounts only exist if you created one manually during checkout or any time afterward.

If you aren’t sure, try using the “Forgot Password” link or create a new account with your email.

Past orders only appear in your account if:

• You were logged in while placing the order
• You used the same email address linked to your account

Orders placed as a guest, or under a different email address, do not show automatically.

On the login page, click Forgot Password.
Enter the email address associated with your account, and you will receive a password reset link.

Be sure to check spam or promotions folders if it doesn’t appear.

Try the following:

1. Use the Forgot Password link

2. Verify you are using the correct email address

3. Check spam for reset emails

If you still cannot log in, it may mean no account exists under that email address.
You can create a new one at any time.

Search your inbox for “Tree-Ripe.”
Then check:

• Spam
• Promotions
• Junk
• Updates
• Clutter (Outlook)

If you still don’t see it, contact support so we can confirm your order manually.

You can update:

• Email address
• Shipping address
• Phone number
• Password
• Billing details

through the My Account dashboard.

At this time, accounts cannot be merged automatically.
If you used multiple email addresses, your order history will be divided among them.

If you need help consolidating future communication, contact support.

Yes.
Contact our support team and we will assist with account removal.

After logging in, visit the My Account page on our website.

You’ll see:

• Home delivery orders
• Order details and receipts
• Tracking links for shipped items
• Your Fruit Stop reservations, including details and pickup info

If you placed anything under a different email or checked out as a guest, you may not see those items in your account.
