Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen peach slices
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 3 or 4 raspberries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your preferred milk)
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 6-8 raw pecans
- Honey or maple syrup to taste
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into a glass, garnish with a peach slice or crushed pecans if desired, and enjoy immediately!
The pecans add a buttery richness and smooth texture to this summery treat.
