A Closer Look
Our New Mexico pistachios come from Heart of the Desert, a family-operated orchard known for its careful growing and roasting practices. These pistachios are harvested in the high desert of New Mexico, where warm days and cool nights create ideal conditions for flavorful, consistent nuts.
Each 1 lb bag contains roasted and salted pistachios with approximately 50 percent less salt than what’s commonly used. This lighter seasoning brings out the naturally rich, buttery taste of the nut without overwhelming it. Heart of the Desert focuses on small-batch handling, which keeps the texture crisp and the flavor balanced.
Perfect for snacking, holiday gatherings, and seasonal recipes, these pistachios are a customer favorite during both autumn and winter.

The Details
1 pound bag of roasted and salted New Mexico pistachios. We use approximately 50% less salt than commonly used. Harvested at Heart of the Desert in New Mexico.
Once our shipping has begun, any orders received after 5:00pm CDT Sundays will be shipped the following week.

Freezing temperatures at time of delivery may delay shipment. Shipping and handling is included for orders in Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. All other orders may require a shipping and handling charge.
Please note, we are unable to ship produce to Alaska, Arizona, California, and Hawaii. We cannot ship to PO boxes.
