New Mexico Pistachios

(Available in-person only during our summer season) We were stunned by how delicious these New Mexico pistachios are, as well as their vibrant green avocado-esque color! Much like pecans, commercially available pistachios are stored for very long periods of time and become very dried out, losing much of their flavor. Ours are new crop and super fresh, you can taste the serious difference.
1 pound bag of roasted and salted New Mexico pistachios. We use approximately 50% less salt than commonly used. Harvested at Heart of the Desert in New Mexico.
