A Historic Spring Season at Tree-Ripe

Each spring we deliver California citrus across the Midwest through home delivery. But this year, for the first time ever, Tree-Ripe is welcoming Spring through Fruit Stops! And as if that wasn’t exciting enough, we’re also introducing a new fruit to our spring lineup: strawberries from the strawberry capital of the world, Plant City, Florida! This season is truly going to be unforgettable.

Spring Fruit Stops

For decades, Tree-Ripe’s iconic fruit trucks have delivered Florida citrus and Georgia peaches in the winter and summer seasons. With the addition of spring Fruit Stops, we continue to accomplish our mission: to seek out the best fruit and deliver it fast, directly from the farm.

These stops will be made from March 5–29th. To see when we will be visiting your side of town, visit our newly updated Find a Fruit Stop page on our website. We can’t wait to see your smiling faces in-person!

Strawberries From Florida

We are also excited to introduce a new fruit to our lineup: strawberries from the strawberry capital of the world, Plant City, Florida! Over the years we have received many requests for strawberries in spring and finally, they are here! There couldn’t be a better way to start thinking about summer. Please note, because of their delicate nature, strawberries will only be available at our spring Fruit Stops.

Spring at a Glance

This handy chart helps organize what’s available and where! We’ll still have our classic Cara Cara and Heirloom Navel oranges for home delivery and at the Fruit Stops until March 29th. Our Spring Farm Share box and organic Meyer lemons will be for home delivery and only ship on March 9th.

We’re Berry Excited!

As excited as we are, please be patient with us throughout this process. It is going to be new for everyone, including shipping, truck crew, and customer service. It’s a new fruit and we can’t guarantee the weather conditions, but we are going to do the best we can.

Next week, Tree-Ripe is going to visit Wish Farms to meet with their owners, the Wishnatzki family. We can’t wait to share farm stories and fun-facts about strawberries with you!
