Air Fryer Apple Crisp for One

This recipe features our Wisconsin Honeycrisp apples from Appleland Farm available every fall. 🍎 It also features our delicious Raw pecans from Pearson Farm in Georgia!
Ingredients
Filling
- 1 Tree-Ripe Honeycrisp apple, peeled, cored and roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Pinch of lemon zest
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- Pinch of salt
Topping
- 1 Tablespoon All Purpose flour
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Old fashioned oats
- 1 Tablespoon Raw pecans roughly chopped
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon melted unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer for 5 min at 350°
- Spray 14 oz ramekin with baking spray.
- Combine apple, cinnamon, lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar and salt in 14 oz ramekin.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- While apples bake, combine flour, sugar, salt, oats, cinnamon and pecans in small bowl, add melted butter.
- After apples are done baking, remove foil and scatter crisp topping over apples. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- When finished baking, let cool for 5 -10 minutes.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
