This recipe features our Wisconsin raw and unpasteurized Clover & Wildflower Honey.


  • 8 Tbsp Unsalted butter, softened and cubed
  • 4 Tbsp Buckwheat Honey
  • 1/4 Tsp Kosher salt


  1. In a mixer with whip attachment, combine all ingredients and whip on low until all ingredients are incorporated for 3-4 minutes. Whip on high speed for an additional 7-10 minutes until butter is pale in color.
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to one month in a sealed container.
