Peach Syrup

The recipe features our fresh Georgia peaches from Pearson Farm available every summer! 🍑

This recipe makes one 8 oz jar.


  • 4 Peaches
  • 1 ½ Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  •  1 tablespoon fresh orange juice


  1. For the peaches remove stones and slice into ½ inch pieces.
  2. Add water, sugar, kosher salt, and peaches to a pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Turn the heat down to a simmer, cook until peaches begin to break apart, about 15 minutes.
  4. Add vanilla, orange juice, and mix.
  5. Strain syrup through a cheese cloth lined mesh strainer.
  6. Cool and store in refrigerator.
