The recipe features our fresh Georgia peaches from Pearson Farm available every summer! 🍑
This recipe makes one 8 oz jar.
Ingredients
- 4 Peaches
- 1 ½ Cup Water
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
Instructions
- For the peaches remove stones and slice into ½ inch pieces.
- Add water, sugar, kosher salt, and peaches to a pot and bring to a boil.
- Turn the heat down to a simmer, cook until peaches begin to break apart, about 15 minutes.
- Add vanilla, orange juice, and mix.
- Strain syrup through a cheese cloth lined mesh strainer.
- Cool and store in refrigerator.
