Peachy Puff Pastry

Ingredients

1 puff pastry sheet

2 peaches
-
1 t lemon juice

1-2 t sugar or agave

1 t cinnamon

pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°, get a sheet of puff pastry and set it out to thaw according to directions.

Slice your peaches into thin wedges, and toss gently with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, a sprinkle of cinnamon, your sweetener and a pinch of salt.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone liner. Unroll your puff pastry and slice with a pizza cutter into evenly sized pieces, about 3×4 inches. Arrange peach slices in the center of each piece and top with a little more cinnamon and sugar, (you can brush the edges with an egg wash if preferred).

Bake for 15 minutes, rotating halfway through.

Let them cool and dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
