Ingredients
- 4 satsuma mandarins, peeled and segmented
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (or any yogurt of choice)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup granola
- Optional toppings: shredded coconut, dark chocolate shavings, or chopped nuts
Preparation
- Prepare the mandarins: Peel and separate the satsuma segments. Remove any seeds if necessary. Set a few segments aside for garnish.
- Sweeten the yogurt: In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup. Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Assemble the parfaits: In two glasses or small bowls, layer ingredients as follows:
- A layer of yogurt
- A layer of satsuma segments
- A sprinkle of granola
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are full, finishing with yogurt on top.
- Garnish: Add the reserved satsuma segments on top. Sprinkle with optional toppings like coconut, chocolate shavings, or nuts for extra texture and flavor.
- Serve immediately and enjoy this light and refreshing dessert!
