Shiranui Salad

Enjoy the sweet and tart flavor bomb that is the Shiranui mandarin in this simple but flavor-packed salad! 🥗


For the Salad

  • 1 large Shiranui mandarin
  • Arugula or greens of choice
  • a few slices of Red onions
  • 1/4 Cup Raw Georgia pecans roughly chopped
  • Goat cheese

For the dressing

  • Shiranui juice
  • 1 Tablespoon oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper


  1. Cut Shiranui in half and juice one half. With the other half, slice out wedges with a pairing knife.
  2. Combine salad dressing ingredients in a jar and shake to combine.
  3. Assemble salad ingredients and top with dressing.
  4. Enjoy!
