Enjoy the sweet and tart flavor bomb that is the Shiranui mandarin in this simple but flavor-packed salad! 🥗
Ingredients
For the Salad
- 1 large Shiranui mandarin
- Arugula or greens of choice
- a few slices of Red onions
- 1/4 Cup Raw Georgia pecans roughly chopped
- Goat cheese
For the dressing
- Shiranui juice
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- 1 Teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Cut Shiranui in half and juice one half. With the other half, slice out wedges with a pairing knife.
- Combine salad dressing ingredients in a jar and shake to combine.
- Assemble salad ingredients and top with dressing.
- Enjoy!
